MANILA — U.S. and Philippine soldiers will hold a new round of interoperability exercises on Nov 1-15, a Philippine military spokesman said Monday.
About 900 U.S. troops from the 1st Marine Air Wing based in Okinawa, Japan, will join at least 800 soldiers from the Philippine Army and the Philippine Air Force's Special Operations Wing in the exercises, said Maj Allan Ballesteros. (Kyodo News)
